ERP CONSULTANT
IT Centre Zambia limited is a Leading Provider of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems and IT Services, we are looking to hire an ERP Consultant with knowledge and experience working with any of the following products; Sage 300, Sage Evolution, Sage 300 People, Sage pastel partner(sage 50).
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Increasing product knowledge so as to be able to identify which product features are capable of satisfying a client’s needs
- Configuring products according to the client’s needs
- Installing software according to recommended standards and best practice
- Training various user groups (end users, supper users, IT administrators)
- Providing support for any technical/operational challenges a client may have after software has been commissioned
- Providing technical support to the sales team

- Diploma in Information Technology or related qualification
