Our company is a client focused result driven financial institution that provides products and services to individuals as well businesses (corporate clients). We aim to ensure that we meet and exceed in meeting individuals and businesses in need of short term financial solutions.
ROLE
We are looking for goal oriented individuals to work as Direct Sales Agents.
LOCATION: Lusaka
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Research and source potential clients and market KPV Financial Services products and services to them
2. Sell Loan Products to individuals and business owners (companies).
3. Offer a personalized service to clients and build a lasting relationship based on trust, honesty, and integrity
4. Meet sales target by maintaining a wide client base to earn commission
5. Advise clients on the financial products that best suit their requirements
6. Ensure correct submission of client applications in line with the document requirements for each financial product
7. Work hand in hand with the Credit Officers to analyse and evaluate the credit worthiness of potential clients
REQUIREMENTS
1. Grade 12 school leaver with a credit or better in English and Mathematics (additional qualifications will be an added advantage)
2. Previous experience in the field will be an added advantage
3. Honesty and Integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
4. Approachable and team player
5. Interpersonal skills with a focus on excellent customer service
6. Relevant selling skills
7. Independent and flexible
8. Negotiation skills
