INTRODUCTION
Maxlin Enterprise Limited is a Company that offers professional Commercial and Domestic Cleaning, Sanitary and Pest Control Services. We also supply cleaning Equipment, Chemicals, Bathroom Hygiene Fittings and Safety Ware.
We currently have an opportunity for 1 Site/Marketing Manager, for the Copperbelt Province to be based in Kitwe to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a client focused individual to join Zambia’s No.1 cleaning company, which can offer unrivaled opportunities for career progression.
SITE/MARKETING MANAGER
The Site Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of custodial staff at various sites, including direct supervision of all employees. The Site/Marketing Manager shall be responsible for the daily operation of the sites, meeting Company quality standards and positive customer relations with the key focus on outstanding client relations. This position ensures 100% compliance with all company, guidelines, policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train, motivate, and direct staff on company goals, policy and procedures, customer relations, and account objectives,
- Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; addressing client complaints and conflict resolution with employees and clients,
- Communicate changes in contracts with the Director and Contracts Manager,
- Verify and approve monthly labour hours,
- Provide necessary staffing as needed to fulfill contract specifications.
- Evaluate operational goals to ensure compliance with the client’s requirements.
- Ensure and comply with all safety requirements,
- Delegate work assignments; match the responsibilities to the person; give authority to work independently; set expectations and monitors delegated activities and provide regular performance feedback; develop subordinates skills and encourage growth,
- Able to perform all duties expected of employees and other duties as required by the company and according site demands.
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of a Diploma in a business-related field;
- A minimum of 1-2 years post graduate field work experience;
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral;
- Ability to market services and products offered by the company to existing and new clients;
- Ability to work independently and efficiently without daily supervision;
- Confidentiality and discretion in client dealings;
- A valid driver’s license in good standing;
- Between 25 and 35 years;
- Resident of Kitwe.
