Job Description

You’ll be required to attend to client queries concerning mobile money and digital banking. Help clients transact via mobile money (i.e. Airtel, MTN, & Zamtel) and digital banking (Zanaco Xpress, EcoCash, and FNB Mobile Wallet).  You’ll also be required to conduct SIM registrations and Account opening and be able to do airtime sales from various networks.


Minimum requirement: Grade Twelve Certificate
National Registration Card (NRC)
Police Clearance Certificate (Fingerprints)
Good Communication and People Management Skills
Proficient in Mathematics and English
Work Experience in Telecoms and Banking is Desirable.
