KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAS):
- Teaching courses at both undergraduate and post graduate levels
- Teaching courses at both undergraduate and post graduate levels
- Supervising students; Research projects
- Supervising students during Teaching Practice
- Conducting research and engage in relevant community activities
- Performing any other duties that promote and develop the department as may be assigned from time to time.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLSAND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB:
- Grade 12 or Form V Certificate or its equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree with merit or better in the specialised field
- Masters degree (taught) in applicable field from a reputable University
- An earned PhD in the related field
- At least two (2) years teaching or research experience at a tertiary level
- Must show proof of peer reviewed academic publications
- Must be computer literate
- Relevant research or potential/capacity to initiate projects and activities relevant field of specialisation.
