We are inviting applications to fill the following vacant position:
BRAND MANAGER
Contract: Permanent
Reporting to the Commercial Executive, the successful candidate will be accountable for the following:
- Continuously and proactively identifying opportunities to drive the performance Natbrew brands
- Developing and Implementing integrated activity plans to drive brand awareness and volume
- Develop and implement brand communication plan to drive top of mind awareness among consumers
- Developing New Products that meet current and future consumer demands and meet the brand purpose
- Develop and implement internal brand communication plan that will create organisational enthusiasm, buy-in and support for the agreed marketing initiatives
- Planning, Management, Execution and Control of brand related sponsorships and promotions as per marketing plan
- Development and Management of Promotional Point of Sale Materials and Merchandising
- Evaluation of performance and activities against set targets
- Managing supplier relationships to ensure creative and design excellence is delivered
- Management of 3rd party advertising agencies
- Management of brand related marketing budgets
The job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements and possess the following attributes.
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Commercial, Business or Related field
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Polite with ability to communicate well
- Team player
- Sober mind, self-starter physically fit and honest
- Applicants should have a valid driver’s license
- Minimum 5 years in marketing or commercial role at minimum supervisory level
