DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all daily operations that take place in the company
Responsible for planning operations and implementation
Coordinate with other departments
Check and monitor documents used in sales and agency
Solve and manage daily issues that arises during the day
Help management with departmental information when making future company plans
Ensure that control measures set by the company are maintained
Keeping employees motivated and offer appropriate training
Investigating customer satisfaction and report any issues
Driving the business to increase profits
Submit comprehensive monthly reports
Ensure stock is available in sales and agency departments
Ensure discipline is maintained in sales and agency department
Any other duty assigned by the supervisor
Must have a full grade 12 certificate.
Must have a certificate / diploma in sales and marketing or any relevant field.
Must have a minimum of 2 years working experience.
Must be good in written and spoken English
Proficient in IT
Having a drivers license will be an added advantage
