We are searching for a committed, Proactive bar manager who would enjoy working in a an exciting, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Promoting and growing the business
- Hiring and training the waitstaff
- Ensuring patrons are receiving excellent service
- Managing inventory and resources as well as planning promotional events
- Ensuring quality and safety controls are followed
- Maintain current licenses and update vendor contracts
- Created schedules, and set business objectives to increase profits and maximize customer satisfaction
Requirements;
- A full grade 12 certificate. A higher qualification will be an added advantage.
- Experience in a similar position
- Excellent computer, problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Willing to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must be fit enough to walk, stand and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast paced, stressful environment.
