Job Description:
- Invoicing & Billing.
- Managing of Payroll.
- Preparation and Filling of various tax payments such as Income, VAT, PAYE for Orion WHT.
- Preparation and Filling of Statutory Payments such as Napsa & Nhima for Clients.
- Assisting in preparation of monthly management accounts and Annual Financial Statements.
- Completing Bank Reconciliations.
- Reconciliation of Customer and Supplier Statements.
- Processing of Supplier Payments.
- Preparation of rolling cash flows and Cash Analysis Reports.
- Filling and Transaction Capturing.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or part qualified ACCA/CIMA/CA Zambia
- Should be Proficient in Sage Pastel.
- Should be Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Strong Book Keeping Skills.
- Strong Written & Oral Communication Skills.
- Good Interpersonal Skills.
- Team Player.
- Knowledge of Zambian Taxes and proficiency in the ZRA Tax online system, a must.
