Position Summary
Party Centre is seeking an energetic, proactive and result oriented Sales & Marketing Associate for its Lusaka and Ndola locations. We import, sell event and wedding furniture, accessories to hotels, restaurants, event planners/decorators, cake bakers and individual clients. Kindly indicate which location you are applying for.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and follow up the sales process from initial contact phase till closure
- Research and analyze sales options and identify business opportunities
- Serve as point of contact for customers and answer their service related queries in person and on the phone
- Reach or exceed weekly sales target
- Generate referral business by mining existing clientele
- Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects, partners and clients
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing. Other related fields can be considered.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Department. New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with proven persuasive power
- First-rate computer skills, telephone etiquette and work ethic
- Self-motivated individual with strong business acumen, good time management and task prioritization skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure on strict deadlines
