Citizen Enablement
- Respond to client calls/WhatsApp/visits and furnish them with all necessary information such as application forms, quotes
- Collect forms from clients and ensure they are completed and have been taken for processing.
- Do follow ups with the financiers and ensure clients are properly updated/communicated to
- Update documents and sales records
- Reviewing sales performance against sales targets
- Observing and carrying out sales processes.
- Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events and exhibitions.
- Liaising with clients, vendors and suppliers on behalf the company
- Timely management of comments/messages on social media platforms
- Working closely with the lineĀ managerĀ or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.
Sales Intern Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business or Similar
- Experience in a call center is a plus/or front facing roles
- Ability to work alone or part of a team
- Strong self motivation
- Driver’s license may be required
