Citizen Enablement

  • Respond to client calls/WhatsApp/visits and furnish them with all necessary information such as application forms, quotes
  • Collect forms from clients and ensure they are completed and have been taken for processing.
  • Do follow ups with the financiers and ensure clients are properly updated/communicated to
  • Update documents and sales records
  • Reviewing sales performance against sales targets
  • Observing and carrying out sales processes.
  • Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events and exhibitions.
  • Liaising with clients, vendors and suppliers on behalf the company
  • Timely management of comments/messages on social media platforms
  • Working closely with the lineĀ  managerĀ  or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.

Sales Intern Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business or Similar
  • Experience in a call center is a plus/or front facing roles
  • Ability to work alone or part of a team
  • Strong self motivation
  • Driver’s license may be required
