Job Description
- To head the overall real estate portfolio
- Responsible for property sales, management and valuations
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Real Estate / Urban and Rural Planning/ Surveying
- Membership of Zambia Institute of Estate Agency (ZIEA) a must
- Membership of Surveyors Institute of Zambia (SIZ) – Valuation Chapter an added advantage
- 3 years experience in Real Estate Management / Sales / Property Management
- Strategic, Hands-on, Goal-oriented candidates most sought after
