RENWASOL is seeking a motivated call centre Agent who is eager to assist our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to incoming emails and messages
  • Handling Client complaints and requests
  • Inbound call management
  • Ensure that the quality of each interaction is in compliance with predefined quality parameters.
  • Correctly identifying and tagging incoming calls
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services during every call

Minimum Qualifications

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Diploma or better in Business, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service or other business related courses
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken ,languages such as English ,Lenje , Bemba and Nyanja
  • Active listener with strong phone contact managing abilities
  • Pays attention to detail and has willingness and desire to learn new ideas.
  • Good problem-solving skills (solutions oriented).
  • Motivated , enthusiastic, patient with customers and good telephone etiquette


  • Two years or more working in a call centre or customer service office
