Store Assistant
We are looking for a retail Store Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire.
Store Assistant duties include.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standard
- Identify customers’ needs and wants
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs
- Welcome and greet customers
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Keep up to date with product information
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Follow all store policies and procedures
- Keep the store clean and tidy; this includes mopping and hovering
- Weekly stock take of products
Requirements
- Proficiency in English
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focus
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Basic administration skills
- Grade twelve school lever, certificate in marketing added advantage
- Must be able to handle online marketing on social platform
- 18- 26 years
