Job Purpose: To undertake the marketing of products and services of the company in order to increase its market share and sustain corporate image.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; managing staff.
Manage daily administrative tasks
Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
Marketing and increase awareness of business and products
Gather and analyse consumer behaviour data
Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics
Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events
Maintain and update impeccable records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasting reports
Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities
Coordinate with procurement on product ordering
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Full Grade 12 / GCE certificate
Diploma in Marketing or its equivalent with 3 years’ work experience
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Member of Zambia Institute of Marketing
