JOB DESCRIPTION
- Overseeing the door production section
- Monitor the efficiency & quality of all production jobs
- Supervise & assist in training in production process
- Plan & execute the production schedule
- Providing supervision & direction to production team & operators
- Allocation of resources to ensure minimum downtime & completion of scheduled activities and tasks
- Organizing work flow and ensuring that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Grade 12 certificate.
- 5 years experience in the furniture & timber industry.
- Trade and Supervisory certificate is added advantage.
