Supply and Delivery of Sewing Equipment/Accessories & Laboratory Apparatus

Background
SOS Children’s Villages Zambia has set aside funds to be used towards finance for the supply and delivery of School sewing equipment/accessories and laboratory apparatus for Kafue Bridge Primary School in Kitwe, Copperbelt Province Zambia.
Instructions
Potential Suppliers are now invited to participate in this open tender by following the instructions below;
1) The tender is open to all potential suppliers registered in Zambia
2) The tender is free to participate. Pay attention to selection requirements below.
3) Quotations should be submitted in HARD COPIES only in a sealed envelope and must be deposited at the front office tender box and signed for by the person submitting. No electronic submission will be allowed.
4) Payment terms will only allow advance of not more than 25% of contract value and the balance after full delivery and acceptance of the items
5) No payment shall be made on any part of the supply not satisfactorily performed.
8) The estimated delivery period shall be 21 working days from receipt of signed purchase order.
7) The quotations shall be rejected or contract terminated if any illegal or corrupt practices will be observed having taken place in connection with this transaction.
8) The selection criteria shall follow these requirements;
a. submission of certificate of business registration
b. submission of valid tax clearance certificate for 2020
c. Confirmation of funds availability to finance this project yourself (commitment letter or financial statement showing available funds equivalent to your quotation value)
d. Completed vendor information form (obtain it by clicking here)
e. Show proof of having supplied similar items elsewhere. Names and contact details of references are required or copies of previous order/contract may be required as proof.

Fully priced quotation supported with selection requirements stated above must be submitted not later than Friday 19th June 2020 at 14:00hrs and should be submitted to the following address.
