Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Production Supervisors to oversee our production operations. Production Supervisors will guarantee that production remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing work flows.
Responsibilities:
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
- Organize work flow by assigning responsibilities and preparing work schedules
- Oversee and coach employees.
- Ensure safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance programs.
- Check production output according to specifications.
- Submit progress reports on production.
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
- Enforce strict Health & Safety guidelines and company standards.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Production Management or other related field.
- Minimum of 03 years proven work experience as Production Supervisors or similar roles from reputable organizations.
- Applicants must be between 30 to 45 years old.
- Must be based in Lusaka with own accommodation.
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
- Organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Problem-solving skills.
