Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Reports to: HR and Training Manager
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
The Human Resources Department is responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process, bridging the gap between management and employees while addressing concerns, and demands, simultaneously executing HR strategies that bring life-changing impact to our customers while meeting the business goals of VITALITE.
What does the role involve?
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for responding to internal and external HR related requests, assisting supervisors in performance management procedures and coordinating training sessions.
The HR Coordinator will, among other duties, be expected to perform the following tasks:
- Employee and Performance Management.
- Training and Development.
- Compensation and Benefits.
- Recruitment and Selection.
- Law and Compliance
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 with excellent Mathematics and English results.
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline with high level of HR content.
- Member of Zambian Institute of Human Resource Management.
- 4+ years Human Resources experience.
- 2+ years team management experience.
- Familiar with Zambian labour laws.
- Excellent user of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communicator (written and spoken).
- Structured and systematic approach to work.
- Works well under pressure and able to work to deadlines.
- Motivated and enthusiastic.
