We are looking for a talented individual to carry out day-to-day sales activity for our various software packages and mobile/web application products. You must be confident, intelligent, and self-driven and be willing to work hard with limited supervision.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting and qualifying new sales leads
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
  • Track all sales activities
  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Meet and/or exceed quotas
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
  • Keeps management informed by submitting regular and periodical activity and results reports
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge of our existing and new products

Your qualifications:

  • Certificate/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field
  • 2-4 years of IT sales experience
  • Proficient in digital sales and marketing
  • Traceable experience selling software-related products
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages
