ZCF, the Apex body of the Cooperative movement in Zambia invites applications from energetic, self-motivated and career-oriented persons to join the Federation as Assistant Internal Auditors to be situated in the all the 10 provinces of the country.
1.0 Job Purpose
To carrying out audit assignments of ZCF solar milling Plants in the Province and Regional Center, highlighting variances in transaction recording and financial accounting for remedial action.
2.0 Main Duties
(i) Undertake audits to ensure compliance and adherence to financial regulations.
(ii) Carry out analyses of financial data to make an informed opinion about the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the system.
(iii) Formulate controls on systems and process to ascertain their effectiveness.
(iv) Prepare detailed audit reports to be used in decision making, ensure validity and goal achievement.
3.0 Academic and professional Qualifications
(i) Grade 12 school certificate
(ii) Level II ACCA, CIMA Management Level, ZICA Licentiate
(iii) Member of Zambia institute of chartered accountancy
(iv) Member of the institute of Internal Auditors
4.0 Work experience and personal attributes
(i) Two years relevant post qualification experience.
(ii) Honest and reliable with high moral strength.
(iii) Innovative and proactive.
(iv) High degree of integrity.
(v) Ability to work with minimum supervision.
