Position Title: Market Development Sales Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and creative Market Development Sales Representative to join our dynamic and continuously growing team. This position will directly engage with target markets, gain a deep understanding of customer needs, develop and implement practical market strategies, and drive rapid business growth.
Job Description/Requirements
Responsible for market development of residential photovoltaic power generation systems in Zimbabwe and Zambia.
In-depth research on local market demand, energy policies, and current electricity consumption patterns will be conducted to develop targeted sales strategies.
Focus on developing potential customer bases, with a focus on local agents, distributors, retail channel partners, and cooperative organizations.
Utilize various methods (including online marketing, telesales, social media, and in-person visits) to continuously expand local potential customer base.
Establish and maintain long-term partnerships, assisting agents/distributors with marketing and sales implementation.
Coordinate with internal teams to provide customers with full-service support, including technical support, quotation solutions, and after-sales guidance.
Track market feedback, gather customer feedback, and conduct regular market analysis and sales strategy optimization.
In-depth understanding of the policy environment, electricity conditions, and user affordability and acceptance in Zimbabwe and Zambia will be provided to support company decision-making.
Organize participation in local industry exhibitions, Promote brand awareness and influence in the local market through community outreach and other activities.
Job Requirements:
3+ years of proven marketing experience, with experience in channel development or overseas market expansion preferred.
Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, international trade, new energy, electrical engineering, or related fields preferred.
Familiarity with the basic principles, installation processes, and sales models of photovoltaic systems. Relevant industry background preferred.
Excellent market acumen and understanding of regional electricity consumption, consumption capacity, and policy support in Zimbabwe and Zambia preferred.
Proficient in utilizing online marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media for client development and follow-up.
Proactive and proactive, with strong communication, account management, and business negotiation skills.

Salary: ZMW6,000 to ZMW9,000
Monthly base salary of ZMW6,000 with no obligation, with commissions calculated based on actual sales performance. There is no upper limit on pay based on performance.
