- Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner, clearly communicating monthly and annual financial statement.
- Coordinate and lead annual audit process liaise with external auditors and board of directors.
- Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjuction with company management and review all financial plans and budget, monitor progress and change and keep senior leadership abreast of organization,s financial status.
- Monitor organizational performance against both the annual budget and the company,s long term strategy.
- Prepare accurate and timely recording of all financial information including cash receipts and disbursements, account payables and account receivables,payroll and benefit journal enteries and general ledger.
- Ensure compliance with all tax liabilities and statutory obligations
- Update and implement all necessary business policies and acounting practices,improve the financial departments overall policy and procedure manual.
- Effective communication and present critical financial matters to the board of directors.
- Review payroll and ensure salaries are paid on time and in accordance with regulations and policy.
- Reconcile the manual fixed asset register with accounting system on timely basis
- Develop overall human resources and administration, enhancing professional development, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, training and recruiting.
- Ensure recruitment processes are consistent and streamlined.
- Establish and manage a comprehensive training program to educate employees regarding staff tools, policies and procedures
- Oversee administrative functions as well as facilities to ensure efficient and consistent operations as the organization scales
- Ensure that monthly reports are submitted on 05th of every month.
- Any other duty assigned by the supervisor.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Full grade 12 certificate
- Certificate/Diploma in accounting
- Knowledge and experience in Audit-Added advantage
- Knowledge and hand on experience in account receivables-Added advantage
- Minimum of 1 years hand on experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
