Our client, a leading Zambian manufacturer of quality electrical cables has requested us to assist them with the recruitment of various sale roles to be station in Lusaka and other provinces.
1. EXPORT SALES MANAGER
The Export Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to drive export sales growth. They will manage a team of sales representatives, establish relationships with international distributors and manage the sales process from initial contact through to final delivery.
Location: Lusaka
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to drive export sales growth in line with company goals.
Build and maintain relationships with international distributors to ensure the availability of products in target markets.
Manage the sales process from initial contact through to final delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential new product opportunities and make recommendations to senior management.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, competitors, and target markets.
Build and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure sales targets are met.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports and feedback to senior management.
Develop and manage budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant export regulations and standards.
Will also be required to travel internationally as needed to meet with distributors, attend trade shows and visit customers. They may also need to work extended hours to meet sales targets and deadlines
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
At least 7 years of experience in international sales, with a proven track record of success of working in a similar environment.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
Knowledge of export regulations and standards.
Ability to travel internationally as required.
2. B2B – SALES EXECUTIVES X 2
As a B2B Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients, and driving sales growth for the company. You’ll need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and use your analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities to drive revenue growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and are passionate about sales, we want to hear from you.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience of working in a similar environment
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
Experience in lead generation and prospecting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel for client meetings
Strong time management and organizational skills
3. B2C – SALES EXECUTIVES
As a B2C Sales Executive, you will focus on driving sales growth through direct customer interactions and strategic engagement. This role requires a proactive approach to customer acquisition, sales techniques, and relationship management to achieve sales targets.
Location:
Lusaka x 4, Kitwe x 1 and Chipata x 1
Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels.
Present and promote products or services to prospective customers.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers.
Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Monitor competitors’ activities and develop strategies to improve market presence.
Provide feedback and reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience of working in a similar environment in B2C sales or relevant role.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously while being a team player.
