1. PROCUREMENT OFFICER X 1
This position reports to the Supply and Procurement Manager. Successful candidate will be responsible for the below duties.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and other consumables.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize value and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to forecast procurement needs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements in sourcing.
- Track purchase orders and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Manage vendor relationships and performance through regular evaluations.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance and production teams to maintain material standards.
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing shifts, and supply chain risks.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with sourcing perishable and food-grade materials is a plus.
- Understanding of industry regulations, food safety, and sustainability practice
2.WAREHOUSE RAW MATERIAL CLERKS X 4
This position reports to the
Warehouse Supervisor. Successful candidate will be responsible for the below duties.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect raw materials (e.g., flavors, sweeteners, packaging) for quality, quantity, and documentation accuracy.
- Properly label, store, and organize materials in accordance with company standards and food safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems or ERP software.
- Prepare and issue materials to production based on requisitions or daily schedule.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and reconcile variances.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards within the warehouse.
- Communicate any material shortages or quality issues to the Procurement or Quality Assurance teams.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
- Certificate or diploma in any Business program.
- Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory.
- Knowledge of safe handling and storage of food-grade materials.
- Ability to lift, move, and organize materials safely.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
3.FORKLIFT OPERATORS X 2
This position reports to the
Warehouse Supervisor. Successful candidate will be responsible for the below duties.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (counterbalance, reach truck, pallet jack) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, moving raw materials and finished goods to designated areas.
- Supply production lines with raw materials and remove finished products as needed.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any faults or maintenance needs.
- Ensure accurate documentation when moving inventory or materials.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material handling in a beverage production environment.
- Assist in stock counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
- Valid forklift operator license/certification.
- Minimum 1–2 years of forklift operating experience, preferably in a manufacturing or beverage environment.
- Ability to operate various types of forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy items safely.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Basic understanding of inventory systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and overtime if needed.
4. DISPATCH CLERKS X 4
This position reports to the
Warehouse Supervisor. Successful candidate will be responsible for the below duties.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch schedules for outgoing deliveries.
- Generate dispatch documents including delivery notes, invoices, and loading schedules.
- Verify the accuracy of orders before dispatch (quantities, product types, packaging).
- Communicate with warehouse staff and drivers to ensure timely loading and delivery.
- Maintain records of dispatched goods, delivery times, and vehicle movements.
- Liaise with transport companies and internal departments to resolve any delivery issues.
- Monitor stock movement and update inventory systems accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in dispatch processes.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
- Certificate or diploma in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience in a dispatch, logistics, or warehouse administrative role (preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with inventory or ERP systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of transport regulations and dispatch documentation is a plus.
