Key Responsibilities:
· Provide sales forecasts and daily loading plans for the designated route.
· Ensure vehicles are loaded with adequate product quantities to meet market demands and assigned targets.
· Deliver products to customers timely and conveniently.
· Explore opportunities for new market coverage along the route.
· Maintain safe custody of cash at all times.
· Reconcile daily cash sales with stock sold and returned stock.
· Ensure returnable empties reconcile with refundable deposits and meet re-usability standards.
· Minimize or eliminate loss of product under your custody.
· Drive responsibly, adhere to all traffic regulations, and report vehicle defects promptly.
Minimum Requirements:
· Grade 12 School Certificate.
· Certificate in Sales/Marketing (added advantage).
· At least 3 years' driving and sales experience.
· Valid Class C Driver’s License (P.S.V. and Defensive Driving will be an added advantage).
· Must be over 18 years with no criminal record.
· Good arithmetic ability and ability to handle cash responsibly.
· Hardworking, trustworthy, and results oriented.
· Sober minded with good communication skills.
