1.Work with the Loan and Finance team to process applications and facilitate loan disbursement in accordance with the loan disbursement procedures.
2.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly loan disbursement reports for the branch.
3.Prepare Bank/PMEC recovery file for the branch.
4.Update the PMEC files for all the branches as directed by the Supervisor.
5.Provide loan financial services to clients to increase loan disbursement and recovery.
6.Undertake marketing field work and make reports to the Supervisor.
7.Make routine calls and texts to clients, reminding them to make a payment and refinance.
8.Update the daily call log and report to the directors.
9.Ensure that all the requirements for the branch are brought to the attention of the supervisor.
10.Attend all the meetings as requested by the directors and supervisor and contribute.
11.Communicate clearly with clients.
12.Help clients fill in loan forms and explain what documents are needed. 13.Keep accurate records of client information and loan files.
14.Provide customer support by responding to client queries and providing quick support.
15.Any other duties as assigned by the directors, managers, or supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a full grade GCE certificate.
- Diploma in Banking & Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Should be detail-oriented and be able to work in a target-driven work environment.
- Should have good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to Multi-task.
