Job Description
The job purpose is to oversee Zampalm financial management and Strategy and ensure all financial risks are identified, mitigated and managed to guarantee continuity of business growth and stability.
Minimum qualifications and Experience
Grade 12 GCE O' Level Certificate or equivalent.
Bachelor of Accountancy Degree.
Fully qualified Chartered Accountant such as ACCA; CIMA; CA; CISA.
master’s degree such as MBA or M.Sc. will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 10 years of Finance and Company Secretarial Experience, 5 of which must be at senior management level.
Required Competences and Personal Attributes Proven track record of Strategic Finance and Governance leadership.
Excellent leadership, Communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Experience with accounting software such as pastel, Sage etc.
Member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).
Experience in a mining, Plantations, Agriculture or petroleum environment is highly desirable.
Strong work ethics and high integrity.
Willing to work in a remote rural area.
