RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and promotions.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to HACCP standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure exceptional guest service.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent certification such as Hospitality Management.
- Food Handler's Health Certificate.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef in a reputable establishment.
