Job Title:Financial Consultant
Location: Woodlands Lusaka, Zambia.

Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Financial Consultant to advise clients on suitable financial solutions and drive sales of microfinance products. The role focuses on client acquisition, financial needs analysis, and long-term relationship management while meeting individual and team performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
● Prospect, acquire, and onboard new clients through field, digital, and referral channels.
● Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate products including life cover, funeral plans, education plans, and savings solutions.
● Explain product features, benefits, terms, and premiums clearly and ethically.
● Assist clients with applications, documentation, and onboarding processes.
● Maintain accurate client records and follow up on leads, renewals, and policy servicing.
● Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity targets.
● Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
● Stay up to date with product offerings, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
● Collaborate with team leaders and support functions to improve performance.
Minimum Requirements
● Grade 12 certificate.
● Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Insurance or a related field.
● Previous experience in sales, insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in the field.
●Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile/digital tools.
●High level of integrity and customer focus.
