Job Title: Financial Controller
Reports to: Finance Manager
Job Summary:
The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial management and accounting functions of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and budgets.
2. Accounting and compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
3. Financial planning and analysis: Support financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
4. Internal controls: Maintain and improve internal financial controls and procedures.
5. Team management: Lead and develop the accounting and finance team.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Professional certification: CA, ACCA, or equivalent.
2. Experience: 5+ years of financial management experience.
3. Financial software: Proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERP systems).
4. Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
