Nilandi Web Services is seeking a high-performing Sales & Marketing Officer to drive revenue growth across two complementary business units:
- Nilandi Web Services – web development, hosting, digital solutions
- Chitiya Retreat – a newly opened retreat space.
This is a results-driven role suited to a confident self-starter who can sell both services and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Actively generate leads and close sales for web services and retreat bookings
- Sell retreat packages, events, and room bookings
- Build partnerships with corporates, NGOs, facilitators, and event organizers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for both brands
- Manage social media, online promotions, and campaigns across all NWS supported clients
- Coordinate content for websites, flyers, and digital ads
- Position Chitiya Retreat as a unique transformational space
Client Engagement
- Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
- Conduct client follow-ups and relationship management
- Prepare quotations, invoices, proposals, and basic reports
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship or related program.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing
- Understanding of Digital marketing and social media skills/tools
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and accountable
- Comfortable working across two brands
