We are looking for a highly experienced and disciplined Farm Manager to oversee daily operations at our commercial egg production site. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in layer management, biosecurity enforcement, feed usage monitoring, staff supervision, and egg sales accountability.
This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring someone who understands the full production cycle and can run the farm with professionalism, integrity, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science, Poultry Science, Agriculture, or Veterinary Science.
• Candidates with a Diploma in Agriculture/Animal Production and 5–7 years commercial layer experience will also be considered.
• Minimum 5–7 years managing a commercial layer farm (5,000+ birds).
• Strong understanding of layer nutrition, feed management, and production cycles.
• Proven ability to enforce biosecurity and operational SOPs.
• Experience supervising staff and preventing losses/theft.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• High integrity and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Basic computer literacy for reporting (Excel/WhatsApp/Email).
