Key Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and control daily mining operations to meet production targets.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and implement mine plans, budgets, and production schedules.
- Lead, supervise, and develop mining personnel and contractors.
- Monitor operational performance and optimize productivity and costs.
- Ensure effective maintenance and availability of mining equipment.

Qualifications & Experience

Geologist to support exploration, resource development, and production activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct geological mapping, sampling, and logging of drill cores.
- Interpret geological data and prepare geological models and reports.
- Support exploration and mine planning activities.
- Supervise drilling programs and sampling contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate geological databases and records.
- Assist in resource estimation and grade control activities.
- Liaise with mining and engineering teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Geology or Earth Sciences.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in mining or exploration.
- Experience in exploration, grade control, or mine geology.
- Knowledge of geological software is an advantage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising mining operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive execution of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily mining operations and ensure adherence to mine plans.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
- Coordinate drilling, blasting, loading, and hauling activities.
- Lead, supervise, and discipline mining crews and shift supervisors.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
- Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments.
- Report operational issues, incidents, and progress to Mine Management.
- Ensure proper use and care of mining equipment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
- Valid professional membership.
- Minimum of 5–8 years’ mining experience.
- Proven experience in underground and/or open-pit mining operations.
- Good knowledge of mining regulations and safety standards.
