Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Officer to oversee and coordinate daily operational activities at our Mwembeshi Lusaka. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth logistics, efficient dispatch processes, accurate documentation, and overall operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily dispatch operations, including truck scheduling and loading plans.
- Verify orders and ensure accurate processing of invoices and delivery documentation.
- Liaise with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to maintain stock accuracy.
- Assist in managing office expenses, petty cash, and credit notes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Support HR-related activities as needed, including staff coordination and attendance tracking.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
