Job Title Security Guard Controllers or Control Room Controllers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Age between 25 – 35 years
- Minimum qualification: Grade 12 or equivalent
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must be Computer Literate (a must)
- Must be familiar with packages inclusive of (Microsoft word, excel)
- Physically fit and well disciplined
- Experience will be an added advantage
- Experience in security services or security supervision is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV and security systems.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems from the control room.
- Communicate with security guards through radio or telephone and coordinate their activities.
- Assign patrol routes and guard posts.
- Respond quickly to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms.
- Maintain security logs, reports, and incident records.
- Control and monitor entry and exit of visitors, staff, and vehicles.
- Ensure guards follow security procedures and company policies.
- Report any suspicious activities or security breaches to manage
