Reports To:

General Manager / Director

Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring high-quality customer service, profitability, staff supervision, compliance, and an enjoyable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise overall club operations including bar, entertainment, customer service, and security coordination.
Ensure excellent customer service and prompt resolution of complaints.
Manage staff schedules, performance, attendance, and discipline.
Monitor daily sales, cash controls, and operational reporting.
Ensure proper stock management and minimize theft, wastage, and losses.
Coordinate club events, promotions, and special entertainment activities.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and company regulations.
Maintain order, professionalism, and a safe environment for customers and staff.
Work closely with finance or management on budgeting and operational performance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Grade 12 Certificate.
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience managing a club, bar, restaurant, or similar establishment.
Strong leadership and customer service background.
Ability to work late hours and manage a dynamic entertainment environment.
