Core HR Officer Duties
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing the hiring process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and performing orientations for new employees.
- Employee Relations: Acting as the first point of contact for employee issues, mediating disputes, and conducting investigations into grievances.
- Policy Enforcement & Compliance: Ensuring company adherence to labor laws and internal regulations, such as safety standards and equal opportunity policies.
- Administrative & Recordkeeping: Maintaining, updating, and securing confidential employee files and personnel data.
- Performance & Talent Management: Supporting performance appraisal processes, including training employees and assisting with disciplinary actions.
- Compensation & Benefits Administration: Assisting with payroll administration and explaining benefits programs to staff.

- HR Academic Qualification
