1. Proficient in the Lusaka real estate market, including the new housing market, secondary housing market, and land market.
2. Fully familiar with the real estate transaction process and local real estate policies.
3. Able to predict future market trends and have a keen market vision.
4. Skilled in handling market crises.
5. Possess rich overseas market networks and resources. Candidates who can immediately bring their own personal resources are highly preferred.
6. Have rich experience in team management and REAL ESTATE.
7. Have at least 3-5 years of working experience in similar positions and REAL ESTATE.
8. Age between 30 and 40 years old, gender is not limited.
9. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or Marketing .

2. Chinese Translator
Full Job Requirements – Chinese Translator
We intend to recruit a professional Chinese Translator that will support daily communication and coordination between Chinese-speaking management, the local team, partners, and external stakeholders.
This position requires excellent oral and written Chinese communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a high level of responsiveness in daily work.
Core Responsibilities
Provide accurate Chinese-English interpretation and translation services during meetings, on-site inspections, and daily operations.
Translate various written materials, including emails, messages, notices, basic reports, and documents.
Support communication with external organizations such as partners and service providers.
Assist management in the coordination and follow-up of daily tasks.
Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication between teams.
Assist with basic administrative and coordination tasks as required.
Job Requirements
Fluent in oral and written Mandarin Chinese.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Competent in both interpretation and translation work.
Professional, neat, and appropriate appearance.
Organized, highly responsive, and reliable.
Proficient in using online communication tools and mobile applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and respond promptly.
Familiarity with local conditions and strong cross-party coordination skills.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or above with HSK Level 5 certification or equivalent.
Minimum 1-5 years of relevant work experience.
