Overview
A luxury safari lodge in South Luangwa National Park is looking for an experienced and hardworking Spa Therapist to join our wellness team. The suitable candidate must be comfortable working in a bush environment and passionate about giving guests a relaxing, high-quality spa experience that meets international luxury standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide professional spa treatments to lodge guests in a calm and friendly manner
- Carry out treatments such as:
- Body massage therapies
- Basic facials
- Manicure and pedicure treatments
- Give proper consultations and after-treatment advice to guests
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, tidy, and well prepared at all times
- Follow high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism
- Manage daily spa bookings and guest schedules
- Work well with other lodge departments to ensure excellent guest service
- Be able to work independently in a remote bush setting
Requirements
- Certified Spa Therapist qualification from a recognised institution
- Previous bush or lodge experience is a must
- Experience working in a luxury spa environment
- Good knowledge of world-class spa treatments
- Able to perform manicures, pedicures, basic facials, and massage therapies
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Honest, reliable, and well-presented
- Willing to live and work in a remote area
