Job Overview
Our company launches a brand-new real estate intermediary department, and we are recruiting the first department director. You will take charge of overall operation, team building, market development and daily administration, manage second-hand house and land brokerage business, and lead the team to achieve company business goals.
Job Requirements
1. Deep understanding and full knowledge of Lusaka local real estate market.
2. Familiar with second-hand housing market demand, supply and trading rules.
3. Proficient in local land transaction market, plot valuation, transfer procedures and relevant policies.
4. Sharp market awareness to analyze industry changes and price trends.
5. Solid real estate working experience, capable of team management and staff training.
6. Familiar with Zambian property laws, title deeds and property transfer procedures.
7. Great communication ability and business negotiation skills.
8. With extensive personal networks and high-value client resources.
9. With abundant second-hand housing and land resources.
10. Age between 30 to 45, male and female are both welcome, reliable and long-term working minded.
11. Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Marketing or above, fluent English speaker. Chinese language is a big advantage.
Job Responsibilities
1. Formulate department development strategies, working rules, monthly and annual targets.
2. Manage team recruitment, daily operation and internal supervision.
3. Explore property and land resources, maintain good cooperation with local clients.
4. Arrange house viewing, business negotiation and whole transaction follow-up.
5. Control business risks and standardize daily working procedures.
6. Improve group brand influence and expand local market scale.
Salary & Benefits
1. Monthly GROSS salary: 15,000–18,000 kwacha
2. High performance commission with quarterly bonus and year-end bonus.

Position 2: Media Department Manager (Founding Role)

Job Overview
We are launching a brand-new Media Department and are looking for the first Media Department Manager. You will be fully responsible for department operation, team building, content planning, brand promotion and social media management, leading the team to enhance the company’s brand influence and support real estate business growth.
Job Requirements
1. Proficient in short video production (shooting, editing, copywriting and post-production).
2. Familiar with mainstream social media platforms: TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
3. Solid experience in media operation, brand promotion and marketing planning.
4. Strong team management, communication and cross-department coordination skills.
5. Keen market sense, able to create high-quality and high-traffic content.
6. Fluent in English; Chinese language ability is a big advantage.
7. Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Marketing or above aged 25–35, reliable and willing for long-term development.
Job Responsibilities

2. Lead the media team, responsible for recruitment, training and daily management.
3. Plan and produce short videos, graphics and copy for brand and real estate projects.
