- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, answer questions about menu items and process transactions accurately
- Order taking & POS Operations ; Handle cash, card, mobile payments ,issue receipts , phone orders and ,upsell menu items
- Store support: Keep checkout area clean and organized and assist other departments during peak hours
- Cash & Reconciliation : Open /close cash register , handle daily cash reconciliation and manage floats
- Food Safety & Compliance: Follow food handling and hygiene standards .
