Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guards to protect our company premises, assets, personnel, and visitors. In this role, you will maintain a safe and secure environment by actively patrolling the property, monitoring surveillance systems, and controlling building access points. The ideal candidate has strong observational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to respond quickly and calmly to emergency situations.
Core Responsibilities
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and prevent unauthorized entry.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems for unusual activity.
- Control access points by checking identification and issuing visitor badges.
- Investigate disturbances and handle security breaches according to legal protocols.
- Write daily reports detailing observations, tracking visitors, and documenting incidents.
- Evict violators and trespassers safely while contacting law enforcement when necessary.
- Operate screening equipment like metal detectors and X-ray machines if required.
- Respond to emergencies by providing first aid or executing evacuation procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school certificate or equivalent certificate
- Clean background check and drug screening clearance.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and patrol for extended shifts.
- Strong communication skills for writing clear reports and interacting with patrons.
- Sound judgment to de-escalate high-pressure situations effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military service.
- First Aid / CPR certifications.
- Tech proficiency with advanced digital surveillance and radio equipment
