We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, research-driven Data Quality Analyst to maintain and enhance the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of our dental industry data.
Responsibilities:
- Manually verify DSO location counts, dentist affiliations, corporate contacts, and related records for accuracy.
- Cross-reference internal portal information against live DSO and practice websites to identify discrepancies.
- Validate location counts, ownership information, affiliations, and other key data points before updating records.
- Conduct ongoing quality checks to ensure database information remains accurate and complete.
- Conduct state-by-state research and audits to identify multi-location DSO groups that may be missing from the database.
- Research and capture dentist names, corporate ownership structures, affiliations, and relevant professional profiles.
- Use corporate websites, LinkedIn, public information sources, and industry publications to validate and enrich existing data.
- Monitor dental industry newsletters, trade publications, corporate announcements, and other relevant sources for market changes.
- Identify new locations, acquisitions, affiliations, ownership changes, and other developments that may impact existing records.
- Process approximately 3,000–5,000 corporate-side data changes per month while maintaining consistently high accuracy.
- Manage a high-volume data queue independently and prioritize work according to business requirements.
- Maintain clear documentation of research findings, verification activities, and database updates.
- Identify recurring or systemic data quality issues within the database.
- Flag weaknesses in automated data collection processes that require manual validation.
- Recommend improvements to data verification, research, and quality assurance workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Research, Statistics, Information Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Equivalent relevant experience in research, data quality, data administration, or data management will also be considered.
- Previous experience in data quality, data verification, research, data entry, business intelligence support, or database administration is preferred.
- Experience conducting online research or Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) is highly advantageous.
- Experience using CRM systems, data portals, or database platforms.
- Familiarity with healthcare, dentistry, DSOs, or multi-location business structures is an advantage.
- Comfortable navigating corporate websites, LinkedIn, and industry publications.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
