We are looking for highly motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Property Consultant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, marketing company properties, facilitating site visits, and converting leads into sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell company plots and real estate products.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct marketing activities.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Conduct property viewings and site inspections with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Provide accurate information regarding available properties, pricing, and payment plans.
- Conduct sales presentations to individuals, groups, organizations, and corporate clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and client documentation.
- Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, activations, and promotional events.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate with at least five (5) credits, including English and Mathematics.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or real estate is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license will be an added advantage.
