MyScape x MTN Zambia Foundation Digital Literacy Project
MyScape Resource Center Limited, in partnership with the MTN Zambia Foundation, is inviting motivated and enthusiastic individuals to apply for exciting entry-level project opportunities under the Digital Literacy Project.
The project is designed to support digital inclusion and provide participants with opportunities to gain practical experience while contributing to the delivery of digital literacy programmes and community-based activities.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about technology, learning, youth empowerment and community development.
AVAILABLE POSITIONS
COMMUNITY MOBILISATION ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the Digital Literacy Project within communities.
- Mobilise and recruit eligible participants.
- Follow up interested individuals.
- Support outreach and awareness activities.
- Maintain basic mobilisation records.
LEARNER SUPPORT ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up registered participants.
- Support learners with programme-related enquiries.
- Encourage participation and course completion.
- Send reminders and programme updates.
- Help participants access available learning opportunities.
DATA & MONITORING ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities:
- Support collection and organisation of participant data.
- Assist with attendance tracking.
- Support surveys and feedback collection.
- Update programme records and databases.
- Assist with basic monitoring and reporting activities.
SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the promotion of project activities online.
- Assist with social media campaigns.
- Create and schedule basic social media posts.
- Respond to basic enquiries through approved platforms.
- Track online engagement and campaign activity.
PROJECT ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the project team.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination.
- Maintain basic project records.
- Support communication with participants.
- Assist with meetings, training sessions and events.
IT & DIGITAL SUPPORT ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic technical support during project activities.
- Assist participants with accessing digital platforms.
- Support basic troubleshooting of devices and connectivity.
- Assist during computer and digital literacy sessions.
- Escalate technical issues where necessary.
DIGITAL HELP DESK ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to basic participant enquiries.
- Support account access and login challenges.
- Guide participants on approved digital platforms.
- Record common challenges experienced by learners.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant team.
PEER DIGITAL AMBASSADOR
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote digital literacy opportunities among peers.
- Encourage participation in the programme.
- Support peer registration and onboarding.
- Share approved programme information.
- Encourage learners to remain active and complete their learning activities.
