CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST – FINAL EVALUATION CONSULTANT
People in Need (PIN) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic, providing humanitarian assistance and development aid across the world.
In Zambia, PIN has been operational since 2017, delivering lifesaving and development assistance to vulnerable communities in the sectors of nutrition, livelihoods, WASH, environment and good governance.
PIN is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Evaluator/Consultant to conduct the Final Evaluation of the project “Enhancing Livelihood Opportunities through Ecosystem Protection in Barotse Floodplain of Western Zambia.”
The evaluation will cover the project implemented in Mongu and Limulunga districts of Western Province, with a focus on livelihoods, conservation, ecosystem management and clean energy. The evaluation will apply the OECD/DAC evaluation criteria and involve desk review, key informant interviews, focus group discussions and field observations.
Evaluator Requirements
Interested consultants should have extensive relevant experience conducting evaluations, preferably with at least 5 years’ experience in livelihoods, conservation and clean energy initiatives, as well as experience working in Western Province. Applicants should submit a CV, cover letter, detailed technical proposal and comprehensive tax-inclusive financial proposal.
