PROCUREMENT OF WORKS FOR GOOD NEIGHBORS ZAMBIA (HEAD OFFICE)
Invitation to Bid

Good Neighbors Zambia (GNZ) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the construction of an incinerator, an ash pit and a placenta pit, with perimeter fencing and a pedestrian gate, at each of the following three (3) health centres:
- The Works at all three (3) sites will be awarded as a single contract and shall be executed simultaneously. Bids for individual sites will not be accepted. The scope of works and the technical requirements are set out in the Technical Specifications section of this bidding document.

3. Requests for clarification shall be submitted in writing by email to zambia@goodneighbors.org, no later than Thursday, 29 October 2026 at 17:00 hours. GNZ will respond to each request in writing. Where a request leads to a change to the bidding document, GNZ will issue an addendum to all registered bidders by uploading it to the Google folder from which the bidding document is downloaded. Requests received after this deadline will not be considered.
4. Submission of Bids
Sealed bids shall be delivered to:

Plot No. 6622, Mberere Road, Olympia, Lusaka.
5. Submission Deadline
The deadline for submission of bids is Wednesday, 4 November 2026 at 11:00 hours. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline, at 11:00 hours on Wednesday, 4 November 2026, at the Good Neighbors Zambia Head Office in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
