Key Responsibilities

· Review legal documents for completeness and accuracy before filing

· Prepare and lodge documents with courts, registries, government agencies and regulatory authorities

· Monitor court dates, filing deadlines and compliance requirements

· Obtain court records, certificates and other official documents as required.

· Maintain records of filed documents and court processes

· Ensure all correspondence, documents and records are properly filed and readily accessible.

· Assist in archiving and retrieval of closed files.

· Liaise with courts, government departments, law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders.

· Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned.

· Timeliness of court and regulatory filings.

Qualifications and Experience

· Grade 12 Certificate

· At least two years’ experience in a law firm, legal department, court registry, or similar environment

· Familiarity with court procedures and legal documentation.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Valid Driving Licence
