Go Zambia Jobs has spent years helping connect people and businesses across Zambia.
Now, we want to help build some of those businesses too.
We’re launching Go Zambia Ventures, a new initiative designed to support ambitious entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses with a combination of investment, mentorship and distribution.
Through our first investment programme, we are looking to back up to three businesses, with investments of between US$5,000 and US$25,000 per business.
But this isn’t just about the money.

Who Are We Looking For?
We’re deliberately keeping the criteria broad.
You might already be generating revenue, or you might have recently launched and be starting to prove that customers want what you’re building.
We are particularly interested in businesses that:
- Are based in Zambia or primarily serve the Zambian market
- Have a strong founder or founding team
- Have already launched, or are close to launching
- Can demonstrate early traction, customers or demand
- Have the potential to grow significantly
- Would benefit from greater awareness and distribution
- Have a clear commercial model
- Can explain how additional investment would accelerate the business
We are open to businesses across a wide range of sectors.
You could be building an ecommerce company, technology platform, consumer brand, education business, marketplace, professional service, media company or something completely different.
If the opportunity is strong, we want to hear about it.
What Could Go Zambia Ventures Invest?
For the first programme, we intend to invest in up to three businesses.
Individual investments are expected to range from:
US$5,000 to US$25,000
Investment structures will be agreed individually with each company and may include an equity investment or a combination of investment and strategic support.
Any investment will be subject to discussions with the founders, due diligence and agreement on suitable terms.
